| 3 | Payment: | 50% Advance payment before the start of production by tt and balance 50% within 3 days of shipment arriving at —– port. When customer will pay final 50% payment by tt and is received in our bank account then original documents or telex release will be provided for release of container. |
| 4 | In Case of Delayed Payment: | In case of payment delay, all demurrage charges are on customer and if ustomer does not pay within 3 days of shipment arriving at Jebel Ali port as mentioned above shipment will be reversed and all expenses will be deducted from advance of customer. |
